But Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) have been pressuring McConnell (with BIG help from the Fake News media) to change the rules and allow additional witnesses. Schumer and Pelosi are fighting hard in hopes of bolstering the Democrats' weak case against the President.

Thankfully, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) has been insisting the Upper Chamber follow the same rules as Bill Clinton's impeachment trial in 1999. Yesterday, on the Senate floor, McConnell said:

"Because Speaker Pelosi is now sitting on the articles she claimed were so urgent. She’s delayed this indefinitely, so that the architects of the failed House process can look for ways to reach into the Senate and dictate our process as well."

That brings us back to the three RINOs. If Murkowski, Collins and Romney don't support McConnell's efforts to move the trial along quickly, Democrats might get their way and prolong the impeachment inquiry Witch Hunt against the President.

The Senate should NOT do the work the House is supposed to do! Pelosi and her radical Democrat colleagues forced through what McConnell has called "the least thorough, most rushed, most unfair impeachment inquiry in history." Senate Republicans MUST say enough is enough and STAND with Mr. Trump!
